ORIENTATION

Attention: Members of the International Moot Pool 2014-15

The MCA is orienting the following international law moots:
1. 6th Leiden Sarin International Air Law Moot Court 2015
The Indian National Rounds will be held on 7th February, 2015. The international rounds will be held from 10th-13th April, 2015 in Beijing, China. The last date for registration is 27th October, 2014 and for submission of memorials is 29th January, 2015.

2. 14th Commonwealth Moot Court Competition 2015
The National Rounds will be held at Chanakya National Law University, Patna from 14th to 16th November 2014. The International Rounds will be held from 12th to 16th April 2015 in Glasgow, Scotland. The last date for Registration is 15th October, 2014 and for memorial submission is 7th November, 2014.

Attention: Members of the National Moot Pool 2014-15

The MCA is orienting the following national law moots:

1.BITS Pilani’s Lex Omnia National Moot Court Competition 2014
It will be held as part of WAVES, the cultural festival of BITS Pilani, from 31st October to 2nd November, 2014. The memorials have to be submitted by the 10th of October, 2014, after which 32 teams will be shortlisted for the competition.

2. 2nd MATS National Moot Court Competition 2014
It will be held from 31st October to 2nd November, 2014 at MATS Law School, Raipur. The last date for registration is 10th October, 2014 and for soft copy memorial submission is 18th October, 2014.

3. 17th S.C. Javali National Moot Court Competition

Attention: Members of the Client Counselling Pool 2013-14

The MCA is orienting the following client counselling competition:

15th NATIONAL CLIENT CONSULTING COMPETITION 2014 for the Justice P.Govinda Menon Memorial Trophy 

It will be held at the Kerala Law Academy from 6th to 8th of November 2014. 
A team of two is to be sent for the said competition. All those interested in participating in the said competition are required to send a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com latest by 22nd September, 2014 (11.59 p.m).

Attention: Members of the National Moot Pool 2013-14 (The previous National Pool)

The following moot is being oriented by the MCA:-

BCI Trust’s 30th All India Inter-University National Moot Competition

The event is scheduled to be held from the 7th November 2014 to 9th November, 2014 at the Lloyd Law College, Plot No. 11, Knowledge Park – II Greater Noida – 201306 (U.P.). The last date to register the team for the moot is 5th October, 2014.

Please note that the researchers test for National Moot Pool 2014-15 shall be conducted on 19th September, 2014 at 5.00 p.m in Academic Block 1.

The 8th Pro Bono Enviro National Moot Court Competition will be held between the 17th and 19th of October, 2014. The researcher's pool has not been formed yet and that position will be filled once the pool is constituted.

Attention: Members of the International Moot Pool 2014-15

The following moot is being oriented by the MCA:-

The 4th Amity International Moot Court Competition, 2014.

The event is scheduled to be held from October 8th to October 10th, 2014 at the Amity Law School Campus, I-2 Block, Amity University, Sector-125, NOIDA-201303, India. The moot proposition of the current edition is primarily based on international humanitarian law.

The last date for online registration is tomorrow so all those interested in participating in the said competition are required to send a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com latest by 17th September, 2014 (11.59 p.m).

NOTE:  The MCA of Amity University has said that they will be willing to grant us an extension till 30th September, 2014 and "might" also agree to extend it till 4th October, 2014. They will convey their final decision once we register.
