The following national moot is being oriented by the MCA:
14th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition, 2014Please find attached the problem. It incorporates emerging issues in the field of Competition Law and their impact on Patent Law. The Moot Court Competition will be held on August 30th and 31st at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The submission of soft copies of the memorials is on 17th August, 2014.
