ORIENTATION TO INTERNATIONAL MOOT POOL/OPEN CHALLENGE

The following moot has not been picked by anyone from the national moot pool:

1st IIT Law School National Moot Court Competition

It will be organized by the Rajiv Gandhi School of IP Law, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur from 14th November 2014 to 16th November 2014. The moot problem is based on Competition Law, Biological Diversity Law, Patents Law and Fundamental Rights of the Tribals.

Please note that the mid term examinations begin from the 17th of November, 2014. Those interested in participating in the said moot, please send in a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com latest by 27th October, 2014 (11.59 p.m).

Further, please note that as per the policy 2014-15, this moot will first be offered to members of international pool, if any are interested,otherwise in open challenge it will be offered, first of all, to team(s) comprising participants of pool selections and only in the absence of any such team(s) applying, to others.
