Attention: Members of the National Moot Pool 2014-15
Symbiosis Law School, Pune in association with Krishna and Saurastri Associates, Patent and Trademark Attorneys, Mumbai is organizing the 7th Symbiosis – B. Krishna Memorial National Intellectual Property Rights Moot Court Competition, from 6th to 8th February, 2015.
The moot proposition this year is based patent laws and more specifically deals with the issue of patentability of incremental innovations in pharmaceutical industry. PFA the moot proposition.
The Deadline for Soft Copies submission of Memorials is 19th January, 2015. The Deadline for Hard Copies submission of Memorials is 24th January, 2015 and the Oral Rounds of the Competition: 6th-8th February, 2015.
Those members of the pool interested in picking up the moot are requested to send in a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com latest by 13th November, 2014 (11.59 p.m).
