ORIENTATION TO NATIONAL MOOT POOL

The MCA is orienting the following national moots to the National Moot Pool 2014-15:

1. ULC Bangalore’s XIX All India Moot Court Competition The XIX All India Moot Court Competition shall be held from 27th February, 2015 to 1st March, 2015 at University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore.
Last day for Provisional Online Registration (Scanned copy of the Registration Form): 31st December, 2014. Last day for Online Submission of soft copies of the Memorials: 23rd January, 2015. 2. VERDICT 2015: IIT Kharagpur Law School’s IP Law Moot The 4th Annual National IP Law Moot Court Competition is being organised from 30 January 2015 to 01 February 2015. This year’s problem is based on FRAND Commitments and Standard Essential Patents. The Oral Rounds are open to eight teams only based on memorial selection. Please note that according to the MCA policy 2014-15, this moot shall be offered to the freshers pool in case a team of at least two speakers is not formed from the national pool.

3. Osmania University and IP Markets’ National IPR Moot Court Competition 2015 IP Markets Hyderabad in association with University College of Law, Osmania University will be holding the first IP Markets National IPR Moot Court Competition -2015 focusing on Intellectual Property Law.
