ORIENTATION TO THE INTERNATIONAL POOL
The following moot is being oriented to the International Pool of 2014-15:
1. Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition 2015
We have to nominate a team of three people- 2 speakers and 1 researcher for the competition. It will be held from 17-20 September 2015. The rules do not provide us with the precise date of the memorial submission. However, they do mention that as a general rule it is one week prior to the start of the Moot Court competition.
The problem for the moot is accessible at http://www.isil-aca.org/downl…/…/moot_court_problem-2015.pdf and the rules are accessible athttp://www.isil-aca.org/download/…/moot_court_rules-2015.pdf .
There is a slight chance that this moot may clash with the end terms. In that case, the people who pick up this moot will be allowed to withdraw and no penalty will be given by the MCA. All members of the pool who are interested to pick up this moot may send in an email to the mca id (mca.nliu@gmail.com) by 14 June 2015 11:59 pm.
