The dates for the competition are 18th-20th October, 2013. The last date for registration is 17th September, 2013.

NATIONAL MOOT POOL SELECTIONS 2013-14

Greetings All!!

The Moot Problem for the National Moot Pool Selections 2013-14 is here.

The Rules and Regulations that would govern the Selections can be accessed here.

The oral rounds are scheduled to be held on 24th and 25th August, 2013. The last date for seeking clarifications regarding the Moot Problem is 30th July, 2013 and that for submission of memorials is 22nd August, 2013.

No extension would be granted on the grounds of proximity of the selections with the mid terms or on any other grounds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The Moot Problem has been drafted by Mr. Ankit Lal (NLIU, Batch of 2011). Any attempt to communicate with the author regarding the Moot Problem or any aspect relating thereto shall be considered as Unfair Means and shall entail a punishment of suspension of the student(s) from all MCA activities for the session 2013-2014.

• The MCA has specifically requested the author to report any communication/query addressed to him by any student so that appropriate action may be taken accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL MOOT POOL SELECTIONS, 2013-14

The oral rounds of the international moot pool selections are scheduled to be held on 27th and 28th July, 2013. The last date for seeking clarifications regarding the Compromis is 11th July, 2013 and that for submission of memorials is 23rd July, 2013.

The 12th edition of the NLIU Intra Batch Moot Court Competition, 2012 is here.

This is an open announcement for all the students from 1st-3rd year inviting them to participate in the competition.

3rd NLIU-Juris Corp National Corporate Moot Court Competition 2012

The 3rd edition of the NLIU-Juris Corp National Corporate Moot Court Competition, 2012 is here.

This is an open announcement for all colleges who may have not received the invite through mail. Do register yourself by sending a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com.

Important dates:

• The dates for the competition are 26th-28th October, 2012.

• The last date for registration of team is 25th September, 2012.

• The last date by which the hard copy of the registration form has to reach the organizers by 2nd October, 2012.

• The last date for sending clarifications regarding the problem is 2nd October, 2012.

• The last date for submission of softcopies of the memorial is 20th October 2012. The teams have to submit 6 copies each, of the memorials from both sides on 26th October, 2012.

• Date for Researcher's Test: 26th October, 2012.

**Minor changes, if any, in the rules will be put up on this blog and the registered participants will be dully notified.
