The following national moot has gone junk-
14th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition, 2014
It incorporates emerging issues in the field of Competition Law and their impact on Patent Law. The Moot Court Competition will be held on August 30th and 31st at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The submission of soft copies of the memorials is on 17th August, 2014.
Please note that the dates of the competition will clash with our internal national moot pool selections.
