It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that National Law Institute University, Bhopal will be hosting the 5th NLIU - Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2015 from 20th to 22nd February, 2015. Previous editions of this moot have been hugely successful, witnessing wide participation from all across India.
The NLIU-Justice R.K Tankha Moot holds the distinction of being the highest prized moot in the country, the total prize money for this edition being Rs 2,50,000. This year's problem involves issues pertaining to commercial law, infrastructure arbitration and bilateral investment obligation in the context of constitutional law. We are proud to announce that the Final rounds of the competition will be judged by sitting Supreme Court and High Court Judges.
Teams must confirm participation by sending a scanned copy of the duly filled registration form to mca.nliu@gmail.com latest by 25th January, 2015. The last date for submission of soft copy of the memorials is 15th February, 2015.
