OPEN CHALLENGE

1. 1st Alliance National Moot Court Competition, 2016 (Researcher)
The 1st Alliance National Moot Court Competition, 2016 will be held in the Central Campus of Alliance University at Anekal in Bengaluru, Karnataka from 22nd to 24th January, 2016. The moot problem focuses on issues pertaining to family law and also issues of conflict of laws. The speakers for this moot are Akanksha Baghel and Mudit Nigam. Interested students may send a 4 page research (maximum) on Issue (a) from the side of the Appellant to the MCA latest by 5th November, 11:59 pm.
2. 10th Shankarrao Kanitkar National Level Moot Court Competition 2015-16.
Progressive Education Society’s Modern Law College, Pune is organizing the National level inter collegiate Moot Court Competition on 9th January 2016. Please visit http://www.lawctopus.com/modern-law-colleges-10th-shankarr…/ to access the moot problem and rules of the competition.
This moot is being offered for open challenge for a slot of 2 speakers. Interested students may register themselves in teams by sending in an email to the MCA latest by 2nd November, 11:59 pm. The open challenge rounds for the moot will take place on 5th November.
3. 4th RMLNLU SCC ONLINE International Moot Court Competition, 2016:
The competition is being hosted and organised by RMLNLU, Lucknow from 26th to 28th February, 2016. The soft copy submission is due on 25th January, 2016. The Compromis can be accessed here:http://rmlscconlinemoot.in/Downloads.html.
