According to MCA Policy 2014-15, certain moots will be offered directly to the freshers pool once they go junk in their own pool. ( i.e When a team of at least two speakers is not formed out of the pool). MPL moots, however, as a rule, will not be offered to the Freshers pool. The discretion of which moot shall be offered to the Freshers Pool is vested in the MCA.
Accordingly, the following moot is being offered to the Freshers Pool 2014-15:
2nd DSNLU Moot 2015The problem is based on competition law. The competition will be held from 6th to 8th March, 2015 at the organising university in Visakhapatnam. Last date for submitting the soft copy of memorials is 15th February, 2015.

Interested members of the freshers pool (both speakers and researchers) must send in a mail to mca.nliu@gmail.com, latest by 4th December, 2014 (11.59 p.m).
